wow, I just can't get over how bulbous my head looks here. maybe I need some surgery.

One day I foolishly practiced a joke in our backyard, and this little guy died laughing. I dedicated my next show to him - which of course did him no good.

Tim McIntire (center) headlined at Piccolo's in Westfield, MA in early 2007, in a show hosted by Dan the Librarian (far right) and on which I appeared, along with comedy colleagues Steve Nagle (in the odd baseball cap) and Dario Mercadante ("Italia"). It was a great night, in part because McIntire showed how good a comic can be.

Comedy (and music) can be painful.
